Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales made through truenorthlabs.co are final. Research chemicals cannot be restocked, resold, or reused once shipped, and we are unable to accept returns under standard circumstances.
Limited Exception: Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will consider a replacement or store credit — not a cash refund — in the following circumstances only:
- The item arrived visibly damaged (e.g., broken vial, compromised seal)
- You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us at info@truenorthlabs.co within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item
- Have not opened or used the product (for incorrect item claims)
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without supporting photographic evidence, will not be eligible for consideration.
What We Do Not Accept
- Returns of opened, used, or partially used products
- Returns based on buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Claims related to delays or seizures by customs authorities
- Refund requests for orders where the buyer has not complied with our Terms of Research Access
